Oh where to begin with this property! You’ve read the reviews and seen the photos, there’s absolutely no lies. The home is spacious, the pool was crystal clear, quiet neighborhood, amazing dock, beaches are within walking distance, markets/restaurants, blah blah blah. It’s all been said! What you haven’t read about is the level of customer service Jordan (host) provides. Everyone know June is hit or miss heading to FL as it is the start of hurricane season. The day before we were scheduled to arrive I received a call from Jordan explaining minor roof damage. No big deal. Welp it poured the day the roofers were to scheduled to come out causing them to reschedule during our stay. Jordan kept us updated daily on their arrival/departure times. Ensuring the pool was cleaned multiple times during our stay to keep it free of roof debris. Going the extra mile by dropping of pastries which truly wasn’t needed. Never have we had a host make themselves readily available to us! For this we will return! Customer service speaks volumes these days.

First of all I will say that dealing with Jordan was incredible. He is extremely responsive and helpful. Our flight was cancelled and we ended up having to drive 46 hours to get to Ft Lauderdale and back. Due to this we arrived later than expected and Jordan was kind enough to extend our stay by a day. He was very helpful. For the property: * The location is a mile from the Ft Lauderdale beach. The walk is fine but tough if you have older people in your party (we did) and also if you have to carry anything. * There are only 4 beach towels so plan accordingly. * The listing lists a blow dryer but we could not not find one * The pool was dirty and the trash bins were full upon arrival so that posed issues as we had 8 in our party so had no where to put our trash * The house was average clean-the pool was very dirty and didn't look as if it had been cleaned so we had to jump in and clean the pool. In addition, the master closet had not been vacuumed and was filthy. There were chips all over the outside furniture and ground--didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. * The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived that we had to clean. * Rips in the bedding on the queen room to the right of the bathroom and the white comforter was filthy * The pictures look great but the house is not as pristine as the pictures make it look * When we arrived we had only 1 bath towel per person and 1 wash cloth. Jordan remedied this quickly but again the house should have been stocked with these. * There were no kitchen dish clothes or kitchen hand towels ... again, Jordan remedied but these should have been there upon arrival. * The dock is amazing - I could have sat out there all day long. * The grill is great * Pool toys and mats are old and moldy - we tried to clean them to no avail * The bedroom with the bunk beds is sweltering hot. We turned the air down very low in order to try and get ventilation to that room but it was still so very hot. It doesn't seem as if there is any ventilation in that bedroom so I would not count this as a good place to get sleep * There are 2 beach chairs Overall we enjoyed our stay but we would not re-book. Jordan was a great host and took care of everything we asked but when on vacation and paying this amount of money I don't feel that one should have to deal with items lacking from the property that were called out as being available.
