Positive: location was great Negative: Parking was additional 80/day. it would have been nice if that was disclosed prior to me, paying for the stay. when you factor that in, it doesn't seem as much of a value compared to other options..

I had an amazing time and literally, once they fix the little cosmetic issues, this place is a gem! Positive: Everything except a couple holes in walls, table tops are water warped and mostly cosmetic issues. Everything else was amazing and exactly as stated. Negative: The cosmetic issues. The balcony was dirty and had leftover cigarettes and things like that. The tables are water warped and the beds do not support your body while you sleep. There were some holes in the walls and other cosmetic issues when we arrived, that can be easily fixed.

Property was very convenient to beach, state park, and great restaurants all within walking distance. Beds were nice and kitchen stocked well. Furniture could use an upgrade. Area is a little loud with live band playing at the bar right around the corner, but they don’t play very late so it wasn’t an issue for us. Host was very responsive and check in and out was smooth. Great stay in a great location at a great price.

We believe we got ripped and not a deal. Positive: I did not like anything. It supposed to be nice clean perfect location instead of it was dirty with disgusting smell outside from trash and inside dirty floor moldy bathrooms and air vents , falling apart bed , wrongly installed door handle and extremely noisy location a balcony with sharp edge Negative: There was nothing like on the pictures. I have pictures to proof it and everything was horrible holes in the wall molded vents dirty floors chipping paint old curtain showers with rust on bars mold on tiles

This place is a gem, adjacent to get beach food, minutes from shopping and fine dining, great beach area, and responsive owners. We would definitely come back again.
