Condo juste à côté de Las Olas - À quelques pas de la plage FTL # 1A

Great place for our short stay

Very poor maintenance, AC units had mold all over Positive: Good location Negative: AC units had MOLD all over blades, even leaking brown. Notified the property management about it, but after an entire day and a half, did not do nor said anything. Had to move to a hotel because the smell was intolerable. They gave us a partial refund. One of the worst experiences.

Bedroom smells like urine. Contacted host. Cleaner unable to address the issue. No concessions made. Checked out early.

The place is great. It is a little small. But for our purpose it was great. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room. It's comfortable and clean, and again you can't beat the location.

I absolutely can not say enough amazing things about this Property and Host. The home was very clean when i arrived and the check-in was flawless. The inside is well kept and updated as well. The location is also awesome. It is walking distance to a lot of places and close to all pf the action. Before arriving, i was a bit worried about the noise, but that was not an issue at all. It was quiet and very comfortable. Also the host was amazing. Anytime i needed her before and after check-in, she answered the phone right away. She made herself very available and that is not something you find in every host. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who travles to Fort Lauderdale and know i will be a returning guest myself when i visit next.
