Tranquil Poolside Bliss + Pergola Deck & Turf Yard

Good location, pretty backyard and pool, can use some more attention and upgradres Positive: Very good location Very nice backyard and pool The TVs were nice and functional Negative: The house had a bad chemical smell when we arrived. There was trash in the sink disposal The AC units were very loud The pool was not clean The bathrooms were tiny The lines were not great quality The bath supplies were limited and not good quality The kitchenware was not good quality Part of the house had poor internet connection

Ok stay, would probably not stay again Positive: Location was great. House size was very good. Having a big back yard was great also. Negative: The exterior of the property was a mess. Both front and back. The front has construction material and the back was a mess including the pool. The property management cleaned the back up. But the pool we did not really use because the heater was off. I was able to turn it on but the pool never reached 85 degrees. The interior was ok but a lot of broken or damaged items in the house, which was disappointing. Also we discovered that the back door sliders in the bedroom and many windows, had no locks or the the locks were broken. This was expensive for what it really was.

The property itself is nice, but in a neighborhood we wouldn’t have chosen had we known. The house next door is under construction and it is loud M-F (as of Aug 2025).Several things were wrong when we arrived: broken dishwasher, broken dryer, trash in the backyard, grill not clean, pots and pans scratched up and unusable, A/C struggled to keep up, internet very spotty, broken TV remote, no wash rags or hand towels, trash from previous renter not picked up (3 full smelly cans in the carport), and it is generally a property that we feel is not looked after properly — only cleaned up between renters.The good things: the property managers were highly communicative and worked to fix the problems we experienced. They replaced the dishwasher and dryer, sent the cleaners to clean areas that weren’t done well the first time, sent us batteries and a new TV remote, sent beach towels and regular towels, and in the end, refunded us one day of our stay, because we essentially lost a day of our vacation dealing with all the problems. During our communication, they were always kind and professional. Additionally, the back yard is beautiful and the pool was nice. In general, the house itself inside is nice. The kitchen is a good size.We recommend to the property managers that they be attentive to this rental IN PERSON. Don’t just rely on cleaners for upkeep.

Everything about the property just right. Ample car parking. Very roomy interior, you don’t feel cramped. Bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathrooms had all the amenities. Very spacious back yard House close to US 1 No disappoints and I highly recommend this property
