Studio Right off Las Olas - Steps to FTL Beach #1C

Would definitely not recommend!!! Positive: The location was both good and bad . Very close to beautiful beach and restaurants. Negative: Worst stay I’ve ever had. The property is located directly on a main road with constant traffic noise, honking cars, and loud people walking right past the window. The unit was very dirty—pet hair all over the sleeping couch and even on the fitted bed sheet. There was a very strong basement smell, musty and resembling mold or mildew. Craziest thing : found a chewed up chicken bone under pull out couch . Speechless! There are no real seating options aside from two bar stools. We paid for three people (the listing claims it sleeps four), yet there is no table to eat at and not enough chairs. The photos are deceiving—the space is extremely small. Once the sleeper couch is pulled out, there is barely room to walk, and the couch nearly touches the kitchen counter. It also felt borderline unsafe: to exit the unit, you’d have to climb over the bed to reach the door, which is a potential fire safety hazard. The property manager was friendly but made it clear they have a strict zero-refund policy when we called to explain the issues. We left the property immediately and found alternative accommodations. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Positive: Perfect location 5 minutes from las olas beach, very clean, works with a code pad and beautiful interior. Couldn’t be more happy! Negative: Nothing at all
