Studio Right off Las Olas - Steps to FTL Beach #2B

First I couldn’t check in because the host provided the incorrect code. The unit was not clean upon arrival and even had a window that hadn’t been closed tightly or shut, I highly doubt anyone was there to clean in before checkin. The unit is off a busy street and you can hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring units and the busy traffic on the street. After unpacking ants were all over the items I had placed on the counter. I immediately reached out to the property management to find a resolve or unit without bugs. The only resolve was for me to vacate the property while pest control came to spray and stay vacated while it dried and I was there for work so it wasn’t an option. The longer I stayed the more bugs I saw on the wall and spiders crawling on the desk. The shower door was broken so it couldn’t open fully and doesn’t shut fully. This place was a waste of money and I will not be back. In addition to the place being disgusting there are also homeless people everywhere around the property and the gates don’t lock as mentioned in the posting.

Property was just as described. Great location to beach, restaurants and shops. Jordan was extremely informative and very quick to respond to messages. We did rent beach equipment from Sky rentals (Highly recommend, they were fantastic to work with). Overall I would highly recommend this unit and definitely looking forward to returning sooner than later. Thanks Jordan for a great getaway!Not sure why it was asking for a winery experience rating. We did not encounter any winery, however it would not let me submit the review without a rating!

Great spot for 1-2 people that want to experience FTL and be set back a little from the main road. Positive: Property was located perfectly to the Fort Lauderdale area for access to everything. The staff was great at assisting with all needs that came up. I would stay again should I need a place in Fort Lauderdale. Negative: Little bit of outside noise if you are making it an early night for morning adventures. Ear plugs did the trick slept great.

Enjoying the Fourth of July and my wife’s birthday the location couldn’t have been better Positive: Location Negative: Unfortunately being that close to the beach and parking lots it’s a little loud at night time.
