Positive: Location was great. Property was very well equipped and I loved the furniture and how much space I had. Negative: There’s not really anything I didn’t like about it, but I did notice some black mold in one of the bathrooms and there were some hairs in the shower and there was a hair well a few hairs in my bed but other than that it was fine. Located just across the street from a very beautiful, clean, and quiet part of the beach with nice dunes. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Jordan was super quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed, even sending an instacart order when we were out of paper towels. There is some noise from the surrounding bars at night but not too bad. Overall it was a really nice stay.

The location to beach was fine, within a short walk to the water, that’s where the good parts end to this property. You have to enter the room in the parking lot/alley of other businesses which after midnight attracts a class of people who were drunk or stoned or both. We had several unwanted visitors in the parking lot between hours of midnight to 4 am on 2 different nights, these people were extremely loud and unruly. Friday and Saturday night there is an Irish Pub within 30 yards of the property that transitions into a Club for young people with music that is extremely loud, so loud the pictures on walls shake in the property. The music began at 9 pm and finally ended at 3:00 am each day. I saw nothing listed about this club or the fact you enter into an alley. Overall the property is designed for people under 30 at max, people who want to enjoy the night life until early morning hours. By far this was a very poor description of the property, in fact it’s misleading, be transparent and inform your potential customers so we can make educated decision.
